The Citizens' Initiative (GI) Srpska has announced that its candidate for mayor of northern Kosovska Mitrovica, Goran Rakić, won in Sunday's elections.
The whole reason the election was held was because pantic would neigh the loyalty oath! You can't have this job unless you recognize Kosovo independence.
His first official act will be to sign a loyalty oath to the republic of Kosovo and pristina because you can't hold office unless you recognize that you are in the independent republic of Kosovo!

LOL, look kid, it's one thing to have an opinion, it's even one thing to have a ridiculous opinion, but in your case, if you're going to wish upon a star, you need to keep your wishes realistic.
"Loyalty oath" :) How many Albanians themselves are "loyal" to to the state they think they work for? :)
