That's cute, Bosnitch.

I hope you never lose your charming innocence and come face-to-face with the stark reality of what it's like in Serbia.

It's time for a new motto:

"I do not accept or pay bribes; I do not accept or offer "connections"...
because I am a Serb, because I love our nation, and because...
if we don't stop it... corruption will destroy us all.

I am already teaching it to my children.

The corruption is depressing for those trying to lead a decent life.

How many people go to jail - not just for receiving bribes, but for giving them too?

Corruption means that food inspectors can't do their jobs properly - it is not just bribes, it is also threats of job insecurity or even of violence that pervert the system in favour of people who keep dirty restaurants, don't provide proper hand washing facilities and generally treat their customers like dirt by feeding them dirt.

How many police have been put in jail for bending the law?

Please B92 - get some figures!

Corruption is too much taken for granted. It needs to be stamped on hard so as to change expectations.
