Excellent, I'm loving the fact that Serbia's leaders have no other choice, but to sit at the same table with Kosova's leaders! Yes, Serbia's leaders have to sit down at the same table, where the republic of Kosova's leaders sit as well! Makes one wonder, If Serbia did indeed have sovereignty over Kosova, would all this really be necessary? I've never seen 1 case anywhere else in the world!

Hey momo, when & if that day does ever come, rest assured it won't be a walk in the park like last time, a great number of mothers back in Serbia will be in mourning for a very long time! Last time, Serbia's occupation of Kosova held key strategic positions, along every border, high ground for your cowardly howitzers, complete control of Kosova's airspace, key roads & junctions, heavy armed forces in every city center! It will be a muthaf..... For Serbia To try and reclaim those key positions!!! You know why? Ain't anyone gonna just hand them to your Serbia again, not saying it wouldn't be possible for Serbia to do so, however, just knowing that the cowards you Chetniks are I very much doubt you are prepared to pay that big of a price!!!
Also, if that day ever does come? Rest assured, we Kosovar's will be right there in Kosova waiting for you, arms wide open! Just waiting for radical Serbia to walk right over us again!!!

The agreement should be that all Kosovo cases go to the Supreme Court of Serbia. But because Serbia has a pro Kosovo independence government all cases are under jurisdiction of Kosovo Supreme Court. Ethnicity is meaningless. Albanians will decide all cases anyway lol.

That is dead wrong because according to the CE of B92 forums sj, who has impeccable patriotic credentials, "the EU does not give a **** about Albanians and it has pushed and pushed Thaci into agreeing on issues that they never would".

I'm sorry, but what's the problem with this? What about Kosovo's "leaders" who think they run their own country having to sit down with Serbia's leaders and make nice with them? Isn't it pathetic that they have to play nice to Serbia everytime they want something? And doesn't it piss you off that everytime they work with Serbia, they lose something else?
