You post would be accurate except you have to maintain a distanced relationship to both. Serbia wants to on Monday be lovers with Russia and then on Tuesday crawl into bed with the EU. Should Serbia end their EU bid and also quit handing over all their assets to Russian control, they could then claim a neutral association. But in the course they have chosen they will eventually alienate one or the other.

Wise realpolitik on behalf of the Serbs. Every country in Europe should strive for the same with both the EU and Russia. Both are useful trade partners. Russia, while a relatively small market when compared with major EU powers, is relatively debt-free compared with them and a major supplier of oil and gas, while the EU is the world's largest economy (albeit one with heavy debt). A wise nation would choose the best of both worlds.

Serbia must not refuse to cooperate even with one hand. Anyone interested in economic cooperation with Serbia, to be maximally promptly isporaćeno, and cooperation in the shortest possible time been realized. The Russian market, although with a lot of great features, is extremely demanding and must be approached with utmost seriousness, as there would be many unsuccessful attempts.

Reporters arriving in Sochi over recent weeks have documented unusual "twin" toilet installations, unfinished hotels and problems with water and electricity supply.

Is that modern and/or reach Russia?
