Nikolle there you go and there are waaay more than these I just mentioned. Now I am just waiting for your petty excuses, maybe we will hear the good old one that these were serb on serb crimes again? Of course you wont admit that these albanians should be brough to justice, once a savage, always a savage.

Don't hold your breath. It's going to be either of the two: You will need to provide photographs, sources, witness testemonies etc or it will be dismisses as Serb on Serb crime.
No matter what we say it's alwasy Serbeian propaganda, Serb on Serb crime or well deserved.

Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, who gives a rat's a**e what the Albanians belive. Truth will be known without their blessing.
(Peggy, 14 February 2014 11:10)

Daniel,

If telling lies about alleged war crimes was a crime, you and Peggy would be in the docket.
You must be very young since you don't realize how easy it is to verify you are lying. It is people like you that make Serbian claims loose all credibility. If you spent your time more constructively, you might make something of yourself and do less damage to Serb plausibility.

Thank you Daniel for providing this information. Sadly those with selective memory who think Albanians did nothing in the 1990s will forget this. Or worse, pass it off as "Serbian propaganda".

Wonder if frisco is reading this. He's always lurking in the shadows.

Have some mercy and respect for the dead then, this is a news article about people who were convicted of mass murder and rather than talking about the tragedy of the murders, you make an arguement about what you want to see and how it fits into your ideas of race guilt. You make comments about violins, as if the suffering and violent death of innocent people isn't the subject. How can you be so self centered??

Pec, September 14, 1999 - 20 Serbs found in a well in the "Istok" area. After KFor's arrival, more than 40 Serbs had been kidnapped there. David Perovic, a priest who visited the area September 11 and 12 said that five men set on fire together with pigs in the "Istok" prison were among those found. 20 out of the 40 abducted, were dropped in a deep well called "Jama" (The hole), which was covered with concrete. According to three witnesses, a monk Stefan Puric, from the "Sveto Preobrazenje" monastery in Budisavci, kidnapped in July, was among those killed. According to the witnesses, father Stefan was brought to Istok where he was violently tortured and subsequently murdered by Albanian terrorists.

These are the things that you albanians are proud of.

Klecka contained a KLA base including a training camp and a munitions depot. Captured KLA terrorists from Malisevo, Lyan Mazreku and Bekim Mazreku, told police that in July, 1998 the KLA captured, killed and burned 22 Serbian civilians in the village of Klecka, some 45km southwestern of Pristina. Civilians were put before a firing squad and executed. Several partially burned bodies remained The bodies of 22 Serb civilians were found.. One of the KLA terrorists, Lyan Mazreku admitted that the KLA rounded up about 100 civilians in Orahovac, under the command of Fatmir Lima, Gani Krasnici and Hismi Kilya. They transferred them to Klecka where they proceeded to rape, in front of everyone, all the females, regardless of age, including children. Also, Mazreku admitted to raping and cutting off a little boy's ear. He described how people's limbs were amputated, eyes gouged, heads cut off, and various organs removed before they were finally shot. Another KLA terrorist, Bekim Mazreku admitted to having personally killed 5 men, 3 women and 2 children ages 7 and 11 years. He confirmed that a KLA firing squad executed 22 civilians under the directive of Fatmir Lima, Gani Krasnici and Hismi Kilya.

4. The Goraždevac murders is the name of a shooting that occurred on 13 August 2003, when six ethnic Serbs, mostly children, were shot in the town of Goraždevac in Kosovo. The attack resulted in two deaths: one adult, one teenage child.
5. Gorazdevac massacre,

Goraždevac is surrounded by Albanian settlements, making it a Serb enclave, and thus under 24-hour protection from KFOR.

In August 2003, a large group of Serb children from the Serb enclave of Goraždevac, close to Peć, gathered on the banks of the river Bistrica. As the children played and swam in the river, shots were fired from the Albanian village of Zahač.[3] 19-year old Ivan Jovović died instantly, while 13-year old Pantelija Dakić later died in the hospital. 11-year old Marko Bogićević and 15-year old Bogdan Bukumirović were seriously injured, while Dragana Srbljak and Đorđe Ugrenović suffered from minor injuries.[4] The killings were reportedly timed to coincide with the return of over 200 Serb refugees into the town.[5] Of course no albanian was arrested.

6. Klecka massacre, Klecka, August 27th 1998. Located in the region of Dulja, on the Stimlje-Suva Reka road. Serbian police discovered a cremation oven in the lime factory in the Klecka village, used to dispose of murdered Serbian civilians.

According to Christopher Hill, then Special US Envoy to Yugoslavia: "I condemn the horrible massacre of Serb civilians committed by Albanian terrorists. Please note LIMBS AMPUTATED, EYES GOUGHED, HEADS CUTOFF, CUTTING OFF A LITTLE BOYS EAR. Please show me where did serbs do this?

7. Glodjane massacre, Glodjane, September 8th 1998. Six mass graves and execution grounds, where Albanian terrorists murdered Serbian civilians, were found. 37 Serb civilians were discovered. According to testimonies given by apprehended Albanian terrorists, members of the KLA brought kidnapped Serb civilians to the banks of the channel connecting Bistrica River and Radonjic Lake, shot them and dumped their bodies into the channel. Two female and two male bodies were found on the banks, while an additional 16 were fished out of the channel in various stages of decomposition. One female body was missing half its scull, and another was riddled with 17 bullet wounds. An additional four bodies were found in a shallow grave 100 meters away. Some bodies floated to the lake, and were recovered there. Examining Magistrate, Rajko Gojkovic, described the scene as monstrous, since many of the victims were mutilated and tortured before being executed. Several other shallow graves were discovered near Glodjane, with mutilated, beheaded or castrated bodies. By September 13th, bodies of 37 Serb civilians were discovered. This included children and elderly. Again no albanian savage ever arrested.

Here you have a fex examples, there are many more.
1. The yellow house.
2. Kabashi and Bytyqi, who according to the prosecution were members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, KLA, were accused of intimidating and terrorising the civilian population of Opterusha/Opterusa by forcing local Serbs out of the village.

But the defence said the indictment was based on inaccurate testimony from two ethnic Serbs and the judges concluded that the prosecution had not proved its case.

The KLA took control of villages in Rahovec/Orahovac between July 11 and July 28, 1998.

During that period, more than 40 people were killed and more than 100 Serbs and Roma were kidnapped, although most were released when the Red Cross intervened.
Of course no one was convicted of these crimes.
3. After the war, Albanian revenge attacks meant that 65,000 – 70,000 Serbs (out of an estimated Serb population of 190,000) left Kosovo. War crimes by both sides have been extensively documented by the OSCE. [1]

Kla was made up of civilians. It wasn't an army. Just anyone with guns or their supporters. Both were legitimate targets for killing. So serbia is just doing anything for eu membership. Recognizing Kosovo indepenence with dejan paviceic is one and jailing heroes is another.

Nikolle, this is nonsense even for you. Are you suggesting we should have a murder victim tally to see which group is the bigger murderes?!?

This is the logic of race guilt. I am not suggesting you ever did anything bad in your life, or even that you would. But this is the same excuse that killers use. Killers say sure we killed them, but they were worse and we were getting them back. This is what happens when you let race guilt into your mind. You start keeping score of dead innocents instead of being sad for them all.

None of us should be argueing or name calling here, we should all be respectful and mornful towards innocent life that was lost.

I don't know a single person with family from the Balkans that was not effected and did not suffer because of these wars and hate. The ground is full of murdered regular working people, children are scarred for life, the countries are bankrupt, the criminals are runing all the governments and the West grew richer buying anything that survived up. This is a bad joke. 120 civilians were murdered in cold blood. Yet only a handful of people are responsible? This is highly unlikely. What about the chain of command? Somebody gave the order and even if direct orders were not given, the higher-ups created an environment where murdering civilians was the norm. This is a crime. Anybody that is remotely connected should have been brought to court for facilitating such murders, if we are talking about true justice. This is nothing but a slap on the wrist. 120 people were murdered and the sentences are less than 1 year in prison per victim. This is ridiculous. Its nuts.

Now to Kosova, name the cases, the civilians involved, the places. You see in the case of Serb criminals we have the specifics, we know where our people where killed, we know the name of the Serbs who killed them, and we know when. Therefore we can point the perpetrators and seek justice. You on the other hand just throw words out there in the air and through that try to create some type of equality in crimes. This is not how it works. Be specific and we, the average people, will be behind you 100%. No criminal shall be allowed to walk free, Serb or Albanian. No politics, justice only.

One of the KLA terrorists, Lyan Mazreku admitted that the KLA rounded up about 100 civilians in Orahovac, under the command of Fatmir Lima, Gani Krasnici and Hismi Kilya.

That's how its done ma boy! Nobody in Serbia is safe from answering for their war crimes. Not even your beloved President that ruined the future of each and every Serbian for decades to come. haha!

Kla was made up of civilians. It wasn't an army. Just anyone with guns or their supporters. Both were legitimate targets for killing. So serbia is just doing anything for eu membership. Recognizing Kosovo indepenence with dejan paviceic is one and jailing heroes is another.

peggy, you seem to be confused these 120 Albanians that were murdered were CIVILIANS. No one is punishing Serbs for killing Albanians in combat; specifically UCK / KLA.

Just for your information I'm not commenting on b92 on the validity of the claims but on the weak punishment sentence. I, condone, much MUCH stricter punishment for ALL.

which war crimes are you talking about? we don't have murderers on a scale like this. name me a crime that the Albanians are proven to have been guilty of, that resembles this. you can't
(Nikolle, 11 February 2014 23:11)

Jesus Christ have mercy on us all

Is Abdulah Sokic a Muslim? If so is he a Bosniak(Bosniam Muslim)or a Serb Muslim? Since many Albanians are said to be Muslim if Sokic murdered Albanian Muslims he is both a religion traitor and what I regard as being an 'ironic idiot.' Whatever someone thinks of Mr Sokic, either way, that creep deserves the guilty verdict.

I am a serb and this tiny european style sentences are a joke. rape and murder, killing old people and sentences of 20 years? they should never be free again. No one should ever be afraid that these men will be free to hurt others. I am a Serb and proud of it, and I will always love my people but all victims deserve justice and this leniant European sentence is not justice. God have mercy on their souls. May their victims see the lords peace.
