Peggy your precious Serbia needs eternal Police monitoring because of the simple fact that the EU and US can't TRUST YOU.

FBI,CIA and INTERPOLE must work in unity in searching Serb War Criminals and dilussional sympathizers such as yourself.

Justice for Serbs is what Daylight is to a Vampire.

The Australian Federal Police have a sation in Belgrade so I dont have any objections except for Americans, but I cant stand them. In fact the FBI are interested in Albanians who are invovled in everything from human trafficing, extortion, loan shaking and drugs.

Honest law enforcement? Where?

Why does Serbia need to be policed by FBI in any way? Why would any country subject themelves that way? Cooperation is one thing but we may be talking about another thing here.

sj

Or is it rather the other way round? It is a rhetoric question of course, no need to answer.

If Dacic said that “Reader, 10 February 2014 16:44” is a simpleton jackass then it would make it right? Eh?
Dacici is not in charge my little friend and if you have not heard that the Serbian politicians and some in Government have rejected this proposal, but it seem your like your Albanian bro ICJ, downright stupid, have no capacity to think and believe everything that you read.

(sj, 10 February 2014 12:29)

LOL Mr. CE (tm icj1), so this passage from the article means that the FBI proposed to the Sebs?
"The FBI will assess such a proposal in the next six months, and if it cannot be accepted, a decision will be made on the proposal to send an expert on fighting hi-tech crime and cyber terrorism to Belgrade," Dačić said."

Or is it rather the other way round? It is a rhetoric question of course, no need to answer.

The Obama administration (whitehouse.gov) says "transnational organized crime (TOC)" is a global problem.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/administration/eop/nsc/transnational-crime/threat

"The Balkans: A traditional conduit for smuggling between east and west, the Balkans has become an ideal environment for the cultivation and expansion of TOC. Weak institutions in Albania, Kosovo, and Bosnia and Herzegovina have enabled Balkan-based TOC groups to seize control of key drug and human trafficking routes and Western European markets. The Balkans region has become a new entry point for Latin American cocaine, a source of synthetic drugs, and a transit region for heroin chemical precursors for use in the Caucasus and Afghanistan. Excess weapons are smuggled to countries of concern."

Albanian drug traffikers have diverted much more of their product through the path of least resistance, i.e. Montenegro, Macedonia & Bulgaria because of strong and effective efforts by Serb law enforcement policies in all areas.

Does Serbia need an FBI office? Not really, tele-conferencing is much more efficient and the Serbs won't have to spend extra resources keeping an eye on FBI officials who may be working also for other US agenciess (CIA, DIA etc.).

FBI Office in the center of Global Capital of War Crimes BELGRADE?

Majority of population will go into self imposed exile to avoid being brought to Justice.

I predict significant increase of unemployment and perpertator relocation.

What will all the jobless Serbs Criminals do now?

I suggesst they be brought to justice and the greatest threat to peace and stability coming from Serbia be terminated.
