Without Serbia not being in a position to formally recognise Kosovo independence...there should be no real hope for return of desplaced people...That is not because I am against the return of innocent people but it is like holding the bull by its tail when it comes the way how Serbia is approaching the Kosovo issue. Serbia is telling and preparing the desplaced people "Kosovo is Serbia"..."we will be back"..."Kosovo is Serbia's holly land" and all this crap...how this is expected to be treated by the other side...With flowers?

What a bunch of BS Mr. Vulin. Why cant you state the truth which is not just the Serbs leaving but so are Albanians, and every other nationality. Kosovo is country without future, everyone that I know and speak to would leave Kosovo today if they had a choice not because of security reasons but for economic reasons. How do you stay in a country where there are no jobs, and the cost of living is higher than in some EU countries. For the lucky ones the average salary is 250 Euros. You cant support your family with this type of income. Hospitals, schools and universities, court system, police, politicians they are all corrupted and are producing generations of unqualified professionals. This a major failure and will eventually lead to Kosovo destruction which is your aim by the way. Either way I see no hope and I dont see the light at the end of tunnel for as long as the current leading class of politicians continues to rule Kosovo. They should all be jailed and banned from ever entering Kosovo.

God bless all the good people and god save us from the ignorant and evil ones.

Of course Vulin is concerned and wants Kfor to stay in Kosova. Once Kfor leaves, Vulin will never again be allowed to step foot in Kosova.

In a situation where the safety of Serbs in Kosovo remains precarious, despite the threat of a slightly better situation, yet large reduction in the number of international forces would be pure adventure, with obviously some fatal end to the survival of the Serbian community in Kosovo.
