Could it be that the reason the Russian's face in the picture is blacked out is so that there could be no chance to identify him to authenticate the story????

Maybe you should not believe a lot of what you read. If you look at this logically I think you would have to agree it is too hokey to be real.
1. The picture has been altered as there is a mask to cover the Russians face, the blood and even the whole head of Ramush could have been photoshopped.
2. The story which surfaced 14 years after the fact and released to Serbs and spread by Serbs who really want to believe something like this is just too hard to believe.
It just sounds like a good propaganda piece.
Anyway believe what you want after all, you have a president that could not go without eating for a whole day without being hospitalized, something that was publicized at the time and not dreamed up many years later.
