Serb arrested in K. Mitrovica charged on three counts
Kosovo Serb Dragoljub Delibašić arrested by Ein northern Kosovo on suspicion of committing "a series of crimes in 1999 and 2000," is charged on three counts.
I believe one of the charges is that he is a Serb.

Just because you believe all Serbs share guilt in the war crimes committed in the 90's doesn't mean everyone else does.
Great job by Kosova's government in conjunction with Eulex! We do want to integrate northern Kosova with the rest of Kosova's democratic institutions, however not with the criminal Serbian element of the past & present! I believe, we will see a lot more arrests of Serbian criminals in the coming weeks & months, and the government of Serbia proper is fully aware of the actions presently underway, and the ones that are yet to come by the government of Kosova! This deal was struck long ago! Nothing wrong with that, that is how you build trust!!!
If the prosecution has all the proof that's required to prove this police or former police colonel's guilt than the judge ought to "throw the book at him" (metaphorically speaking) in order to penalize him.
This is great news for the families of victims. Serbia always managed to get away with crimes committed, but this time around they are paying the price. Path to EU for Serbia means they have to overturn every criminal. Chapter 35 requested specifically by Germany and UK means recognize Kosova. The rest doesn't seem to really matter for EU members.
