YEA!

I love it that these diasporita hobby-Serbs love to think of me! I'm a legend! *preens*

Strange comment, though, Ari. If by "the Danilo's" you mean progressive forces that don't want much to do with the obnoxious chauvinism of Serbia's recent past and wish Serbia to be a normal European country, a country that wants to rid itself of this Kosovo issue, then "the Danilo's" have already won. The most chauvinist parties are fragmented and irrelevant (DSS, RS, Dveri)

DS is a shadow of its former self, but where did their voters go? They went to the SNS, along with more moderate members of the former SRS.

Whatever political 'brand' you put on the various parties, Serbia as a whole is shifting ideologically away from "the Ari's", slowly and irrevocably. Time marches on. Maybe not for those for whom Serbia is some sort of wax-museum that exists in their own mind, but it marches on regardless, with or without them.

So if I get this straight: The DS, the Socialists, Tadic's new desperate spin off, the liberal democrats and Dinkic's URS are all entering elections as separate parties? If that's the case, then no more than two of them should get enough votes to enter parliament. But I wouldn't put it past the Danilo's of Serbia to make sure they all get in somehow
