I would like to point out however that the Kosova Liberation Army was outnumbered 9 to 1 by Serbian military and police. 20,000 Serbian police and 120,000 soldiers while there were only 15,000 civilians with no military training who took up the fight against a professional military.

Isn't it pathetic that with a 9 to 1 ratio Serbians weren't able to destroy the KLA entirely? Wow! This is the kinds of story that legends are made of. Thanks for enriching the Kosovar history Serbs. Kosovars and Albanians will forever share those results with their children and so on and so forth. Victory is sweet.

Now, we just have to continue to isolate and capture each and every Serbian War Criminal.

I think that any serbian police officier that was in Kosovo in 1999-2000 would be suprised that he killed 10 albanians, since that was an average for whole police force

Albanians don't have superheroes. Only super criminals. The only Albanian hero left her homeland when she was young to live with lepers in India. A step up if you think about it because her contribution to the world had nothing to do with Albania or Albanians who would have killed her for her religious beliefs at the time.

It's nice that EULEX suddenly decided to clean house in the mess it's controlling. Nice also to know that that so-called "lawless" region in the north is now where justice works like a well-crafted Swiss watch. Apparently any Serb can now be arrested on a whim from any Albanian bumpkin. Yet an entire Serb NGO pushing for justice against an Albanian goes unnoticed and ignored.

Just wondering if/when EULEX is ever going to extend a similar arm of law enforcement to the dregs living in Kosovo center and south. It would really be nice if the murderers of those children in Gorazdevac would finally be caught. Or the masterminds behind the Podujevo bus bombings. Or the instigators of the 2004 riots. Or at least one high-ranking "former" KLA official if not for crimes against humanity, at least corruption, embezzlement, and ties to narcotics.

And with the revelation that Serbs killed in a café in Peja in 1998 was actually the work of your own govt in order to create raise the anger at Albanians is it not reasonable that no suspects have been found in the shooting of the kids swimming is because again everyone assumed it was Albanians and not the doings of the Serb govt?

Good move on Eulex's part when they are said to have arrested the chief or former chief of police for the death of these 25 Albanian civilians back in 2000.

This incident somewhat reminds me of a newspaper article back in 2008 (unfortunately I didn't receive an ample amount of time to read that article) but what I recall to the best of my recollection is where a Kosovar-Albanian shipmate or a stowaway arrived to the province of Nova Scotia (he might have arrived to the city of Sydney or another part of NS known as Cape Breton) where for some reason he dealt with the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) and he alleged that the RCMP violated his rights and consequently filed a lawsuit against the RCMP but unfortunately I'm uncertain if he prevailed in the lawsuit but if he emerged victorious in a court of law then good for him,besides, in this case I'm not happy if a Canadian cop violates the rights of an Albanian who I'm concerned about.

Then again, I could be wrong in my earlier assessment since it seems EULEX is arresting anyone Belgrade and Pristina deem obstacles to their interests:

There is no question that NATO won the war. But what KLA demonstrated , was that there would have been a never ending guerrilla war. Albania would have been involved. Serbia would have occupied Albania, but would have had to deal with a combined guerrilla war. Thousands of people would have died by both nations, and Serbia 'a economy would have been destroyed by a long war. Serb people would raise against their own government, and possibly cause a civil war. FYROM would have disintegrated by Albanians fighting against the discrimination there, and wanted to help their brothers accross the border. Serbia would have no choice but to occupy Albanian occupied territories in FYROM. Bulgaria would interfere, Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia would get involved directly or indirectly. A full blown war would follow and who knows next. We all should be glad that NATO interfered, yes even you Serbs.

In addition do many of these students talk back,yell,swear at and/or name call teachers? What about Albanian elementary or primary school kids? Do they supposedly have the propensity to disrespect teachers by sticking out their tongues at them or simultaneously pout their lips and fold their arms but if they're sensitive to scolding by a teacher will they resort to crying or being teary eyed? I'm not surprised considering that back in 6th grade I came home crying after being yelled at by my French teacher for unjustifiable reasons.

Finally and sorry for the long comment but I honestly believe that most Albanian school students are not saucy with their teachers simply because my instincts tell me that most Albanian teachers have little or no tolerance for disrespectful students, in fact,I ain't surprised if an Albanian teacher becomes mad as hell if some student were to say to the teacher "te q**sha!" which means "f**k you!" in Albanian. Just a thought.
