Four candidates in repeat elections in KM

Kosovo Election Commission member Nenad Rikalo has said that a total of four candidates have entered the race for northern Kosovska Mitrovica mayor.

Anybody who wins has to sign those republic of Kosovo documents and helps Kosovo get more independence recognition. Same thing about the voters who vote on rokcec logo ballots.
