Eduard Kukan, head of the EP delegation for relations with Serbia Eduard Kukan estimates that it will take the country "at least eight years to join the EU."

Obviously. But B92 conveniently left (cut) out the most important part of the interview, when asked if should Serbia obediently fulfill all of the demands coming from Brussels, Kukan replied that Serbia should always do what is in her best national interests even if that goes against the EU.
Our current class of "leaders" don't seem to understand this and instead willingly sell out our country for 30 pieces of silver.
