Nikolić says Serbia linked its fate to EU

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić has said that "Serbia linked its fate to the European Union by launching EU accession talks."

Noting that Turkey had resumed EU membership negotiations late last year following a three-year hiatus, Hollande added: "Negotiations do not entail membership. The issue of membership will be decided upon at a referendum."

With over 60% of French beeing unhappy about beeing part of the EU it would be crazy to expect another outcome for ANY referendum concerning the EU than the one we saw concerning the EU constitution:
A big NO!!!

It is natural that Serbia shall be a member of EU. We should maintain good relationship with Russia, but the Europe is our natural habitat. It seems that the Progressives are also leading Serbia in that direction....whoever claimed that there will be different, was wrong......

"Slovakia will never fail Serbia and we support the Belgrade-Priština dialogue," the Slovak prime minister said and underscored that EU membership is a good thing but it also entails a lot of work and sacrifices.

Pretty much answers tommyboy's assumptions! Trust me, things are about to get real fun in Serbia😘

"Slovakia will never fail Serbia and we support the Belgrade-Priština dialogue," the Slovak prime minister said and underscored that EU membership is a good thing but it also entails a lot of work and sacrifices.
