Albanians do come up to Nis and are involved in smuggling drugs with and to Serbian gangs. Some of these people could be Albanians or very closely connected with Albanians.

Silly, everybody knows that there is a huge drug mafia in Serbia. But you should know, there's one difference between Serbs and Albanians (in Kosovo): In Serbia, police is arresting drug mafia, in Kosovo, drug mafia and police are allies (even Kosovo politicians built their fancy villas from mafia money and not from the huge salaries as ministers).
And in the rare case some drugs are seized, they are wondrously 'stolen' from the police head quarter in Pristina.
Just an appeal for the Police and state agencies - please arrest bigger narco dealers, not only these couriers and smaller ones........I am still waiting for upper-ranked dealers.......
