Well I have never heard of rumour or hearsay as admissible evidence in a real court, but it seems to be in the Hague. Anyway why do I bother stating that fact when you have no idea how a proper judiciary functions – stick to putting toppings on pizzas.

Its called the revolving door of justice- Albos and Croats walk in through the front door and as they are walking to the back door there is a voice that says “Not Guilty” and out they come free. It’s well known throughout the justice systems in the world as a joke, and that is why you lot thinks it’s real.
As one person who started this court system said the Serbs could have video evidence and it would not be taken into account, but the others need only mention a name and that person is guilty. It was set up by the US so what could you expect.

The kangaroo court set up to try the dregs of that part of EX-YU have been given a mandate and they are carrying this out as their political masters want them to.
(Cry freedom, 25 January 2014 23:07)

Don't forget though that the master of that kangaroo court is Russia, since it was Russia that proposed it, approved it and approved all the judges of the court. And we all know that Russia is Serbia's closest friend, isn't it?

If one of the US regime organs that participated in the destruction of Yugoslavia/Serbia says we are "free" (what ever that is in imperial US orwellian), that truly means that we are fully enslaved vassals and that their mission is (almost) completed.

In other words, it will take decades to build what 20 years of Imperial/Soros occupation has destroyed. We should send an exile government to BRICS/Russia.

Serbia is free and has been since Tito died, but unfortunately this website isn't free of the baseless anti-Serbian rhetoric and historical revisionism written on it every day. Niko (Serbian for a nobody!Sorry couldn't let the coincidence go unremarked as it made me laugh). Are you as naive as you want us to believe or are you so up your own rear-end that you think you can pretend the KLA committed no murders when they quite clearly did? The kangaroo court set up to try the dregs of that part of EX-YU have been given a mandate and they are carrying this out as their political masters want them to.There isn't a semblance of jurisprudence in the building! Spontaneous Serb civilian deaths did not occur in Kosovo, Bosnia or Croatia someone murdered them and those individuals need to answer for their crimes as do Serbian perpetrators for theirs if evidence be found. Then we'll all be free, except them.

"I only wondered why Kosovo was not given the same status as Northern Cyprus or Northern Ireland by Freedom House (i.e. a status of a territory and not a country)"

Why on earth did you wonder about that?

" Amnesty International (AI) urged EULEX to prioritize the investigation of war crimes, emphasizing that very few KLA members have been prosecuted amid “a culture of impunity."

...which war crime cases are we talking about here? former KLA members have stood in front of an international court and not been found guilty. they have been investigated by international persecutors and no shred of credible evidence presented, because well, there isn't any or those persecutors are very poor at their job. maybe you should take over from them, since you seem convinced that proof exists.

"what does Kosova and 'Kosovarians' have to do with this article? nothing. you must die inside, every time Kosova is mentioned as a separate entity from Serbia. its actually quite funny"
(Nikolle, 24 January 2014 14:31)

Simple: It's about the region, and if you didn't see it, Kosovo and other Balkan states were mentioned in the article, too. And don't worry, I don't die inside, Kosovo is surely a separate entity! I only wondered why Kosovo was not given the same status as Northern Cyprus or Northern Ireland by Freedom House (i.e. a status of a territory and not a country).

P.S: If you want to read more, I found a nice summary on the Freedom House website which sums up the situation and history of Kosovo from a surprisingly unbiased and realistic point of view.

http://www.freedomhouse.org/report/freedom-world/2013/kosovo

Some excerpts? Here you are:

"Ethnic Albanian officials rarely prosecute cases involving Albanian attacks on non-Albanians. In 2012, Amnesty International (AI) urged EULEX to prioritize the investigation of war crimes, emphasizing that very few KLA members have been prosecuted amid “a culture of impunity."

Strange, strange, since some people claim that Freedom House is a CIA outfit' and the US of A is a big supporter of the great Kosovo project, don't you think?

Congratulations, Serbia. And our wonderful independent, democratic, free Kosovo is - who expected anything else ? - worst ranked (4.5) in the Europe region as defined by Freedom House

http://www.freedomhouse.org/regions/europe#

But probably Kosovarians are happy anyway, because Kosovo is listed as a country and is not marked with an asterisk (*) like other territories which are not a country (Northern Cyprus and Northern Ireland)
