Chapter 35 is the final stage between Kosova and Serbia. You wonder why they will begin negotiating starting chapter 35. During the negotiations, it will probably be some requirements related to the recognition of Kosovo's status, but no one can seek recognition of independence, just cooperation with Kosovo, which is also Serbian interest and interest of Serbs in Kosovo, to improve their quality of life and security in Kosovo.
