Comment? Report is self evident. Unexpectedly, in spite of the West establishments' anti Serbian bias, true facts emerged!
Compelling Serbs to live in an environment where their physical survival is threatened will never bring permanent peace.
Also,foreign troops' presence in Kosovo is necessary to control Albanians, not to protect them from some Serbian threat.
