"Serbia will be required to progressively align its policies towards third countries and its positions within international organisations with the policies and positions adopted by the Union and its member states."

Which means, that Serbia will have to stop blocking Kosovo from getting a seat in international Organisations like the UN, FIFA, etc ....
(Willi Pfaff, 22 January 2014 12:25)

Nope, because Kosovo is not considered a 'third country' by the EU (which has no stance on statehood) and 5 of their member states don't recognize it. Furthermore, Serbia doesn't block any seats, it's simply because many international organizations don't allow membership of unrecognized, self proclaimed states (which are not UN members).

It is extremely important that no one in the country does not get euphoria over the start of accession negotiations with the EU. Step is a great and important, but the struggle for the fulfillment of the planned reforms and hard work on the harmonization of Serbian legislation with the EU, as well as the difficult issues that we certainly expect regarding the relations and status of Kosovo must be a priority and do not allow for a moment of relaxatio

"So much for all the lies the Serb Government has been telling its people."

Well if the Serbian people are still too slow and stupid to see through the lies and understand what is going on, they will go the way of the do-do birds. There comes a time when if people are going to be that stupid and not wake up you can't have much hope for them.

"The same point stipulates that, during the talks, "Serbia shall in particular ensure that adopted legislation, including its geographical scope, does not run counter to the comprehensive normalization of relations with Kosovo."

In other words, all Serbian laws (present and future) including the serb constitution will have to specifically reflect that Kosovo is not part of Serbia.

So much for all the lies the serb Government has been telling its people. The serbia government wrapped itself up in a world of lies, and worse, forced this BS on all ist people, and by doing so, wasted so much engery and resources, which could have been used for the good of its citizens. Serbia should wake up, and send the gravedigger and the rest of that gang to hell.
