Framework to seek "comprehensive normalization"
Just wonder what this means with comprehensive normalization means.
I am sure sone Serbs in this forum still think the EU is talking about Kosovo as part of Serbia??
Legally binded agreement?? Means?

Perfectly fair to me! This shouldn't be something that Serbia wouldn't be able to swallow! Serbia in fact gets what she wants, not to formally recognize Kosova! We can live with that Serbia!

"Politically, Kosovo will not be a hindrance in other chapters, but it is clear that, technically, it will often show up when it comes to statistics and other relevant data," writes the newspaper.
That's for sure. Because all the data will be counted without Kosovo, and when Serbia enters the EU in, say, 2020, it will be without the territory of Kosovo, obviously.
