Why, it wouldn't the first time. In 1998, Security services killed 6 Serbian children in Pec, only so that the West could blame the KLA as a terrorist organization. At the end, the West not only did not consider KLA as a terrorist organization, they worked with them, and now KLA is in power in Pristina. What a waste of life.

Nothing could be further than the truth than this statement. From people I have spoke with all non Albanians it is accepted as this is Serb on Serb. Whats even more appalling is the fact of who is the benefactor of such an act. Who is it that is strongly advocating that the only choice for Serbs was the party elected but who's representative refuses to take office.
North Mitrovica is the strongest and most important enclave in the north, so to lose that area to another party would be devastating to the goals of the SNS. Doubtful this was an individual committing this crime more likely someone receiving orders higher up in a chain.
