No need for that. If they find evidence that X Kosovar did that crime, that X Kosovar should be punished. Kosovo has no problem with that. If X commits a crime, that's not a collective accusation for all Kosovars. Serbs need to change their mentality, as well. Just because a Serb is convicted at the Hague for war crimes, that is a not a collective conviction for all Serbs. Criminal responsibility is individual, not collective.

Change when to if and I will say bravo, because if these allegations are ever proven true outside a Serbian investigation or courtroom anyone involved or responsible should be punished the same as found guilty of crimes by the ICTY.

There are some alleged names azir (numbering 10 or less), in some documents allegedly of UNMIK that float around the internet and that a Google search may show you. Not sure if documents are real, and, even if they're real, just name allegations do not constitute ultimate proof. In an eventual trial, the prosecution will need hard proof, usually bodies are needed, written documents, witnesses beyond any doubt, etc etc. Reducing it to "give me names" is silly, anybody can make up names and give them to you.
Serbs deserve a permanent final solution just ask Slovenians,Croatians,Bosnians,Kosovars etc....

I think that you serbs should be concerned about the announcement that Rade Markovic gave the order in 1998 for the killings of the Serb youths in Pec in Panda kafe.
Basically the serbian government ordered the killings of the serb youths so in this way the albanians would then get the blame and would also increase the hate of serbs against the albanians.
I think this speaks mountains.
I also think that it was the serb government who probably sold organs but has just made up this fabrication about albanians selling organs.
I wonder what excuses you will use when the investigation is finished and when the perpetrators are known and arrested, maybe you should start creating lies and propaganda right away.

No need for that. If they find evidence that X Kosovar did that crime, that X Kosovar should be punished. Kosovo has no problem with that. If X commits a crime, that's not a collective accusation for all Kosovars. Serbs need to change their mentality, as well. Just because a Serb is convicted at the Hague for war crimes, that is a not a collective conviction for all Serbs. Criminal responsibility is individual, not collective.

Change when to if and I will say bravo, because if these allegations are ever proven true outside a Serbian investigation or courtroom anyone involved or responsible should be punished the same as found guilty of crimes by the ICTY.

Carla worked at the court which we all know is a political court. She was obviously instructed destroy it all. Now that she is no longer working here she is free to speak up.

Some hang onto that phrase of "evidence was destroyed" like it was a childs favorite blanket. But there is more to it than those three words. It was also noted that everything destroyed was catalogued and photographed and any effectiveness in an investigation was not compromised. The picture of a syringe found in a dumpsite several km from the "yellow house" is just as effective as the syringe which was found years after being discarded and subject to the years of rain snow heat and subject to the critters crawling around a dumpsite.
I wonder what excuses you will use when the investigation is finished and when the perpetrators are known and arrested, maybe you should start creating lies and propaganda right away.

Of course it is complicated, not so much proving the crimes were committed (as they have) but due to the political consequences. Most of those "Albanian Kosovars**" in power would be locked up for a very long time and their US backers/protectors wouldn't look very good as some possibly have Serbian organs keeping them alive.

Early to actually comment as not much info but the way it is orchestrated seems to indicate that the Organ Harvesting investigation actually wound up at ground zero and the focus turned to connections of some to the mafia which is widely known as per the individual that has already been convicted. But I note that both Serb and Russian news media are quick to link the possible indictments to the organ trafficking before the whole story comes out.
@Reader I agree with you in that Serbs murdered 300,000 in the four wars of aggression and I want to do BETTER IN RETURNING THAT WHAT IS JUSTICE.

Sure, but first this investigation should first establish if there is a case. If there is, then we can talk about having a case and then solving it. There were already 2 UN investigations before on this hypothesis and they established that there was no case. Let's see this one. This is where we are now. Its a simple as that. There are some alleged names azir (numbering 10 or less), in some documents allegedly of UNMIK that float around the internet and that a Google search may show you. Not sure if documents are real, and, even if they're real, just name allegations do not constitute ultimate proof. In an eventual trial, the prosecution will need hard proof, usually bodies are needed, written documents, witnesses beyond any doubt, etc etc. Reducing it to "give me names" is silly, anybody can make up names and give them to you.
Serbs deserve a permanent final solution just ask Slovenians,Croatians,Bosnians,Kosovars etc....
