Note how he keeps saying "officially recognize" and normalize relations. The meaning should be clear, Serbia does not have to make any proclamations but it must stop its public claims of sovereignty over Kosovo and stop its attempts at blocking Kosovo's membership or participation in international arenas. Serbs cannot say these are NEW requirements, it is what has been said from day one.

Serbs reaction to getting in the EU is like a store puts a pair of shoes on sale for 29.95 they advertise it on TV, on billboards, the signs in the windows of the store, and over the display of the shoes, the sales clerk comes up and says these shoes are on special for 29.95, then Serbs come up to the register and claim I thought these were free, no one told me I would have to pay 29.95.

What exactly does me mean when he says that constitution will need to be changed also.
------------

obviously the preamble will need to be changed. It should be changed anyway. Imagine having certain topics off-limits because debating them would be unconstitutional.

It's too early to discuss NATO membership now but obviously the discussion will take place at some point.
Serbia must be mad to even consider this. What exactly does me mean when he says that constitution will need to be changed also. How? How much sovereignty will Serbia have to give up and what will this new constitution look like?

Serbs will be duped in the end, that much is clear.

Frattini arrival in Serbia, and his consent without pay, helping Serbia to the faster and better adapt to the legislation, regulations, EU, Serbia is a huge privilege and a guarantee that the successful rate and planned to go through the accession process in 2020 and has become a full member EU.
