1. Kosovo is a Serbian province, hence it's Serbian.
2. Kosovo is an independent state, hence it's Kosovarian.

But Kosovo is never Albanian nor Turkish.

The history and all that was built up there historically is mainly Serbian. And Serbs owned most of the land.
