No, Kosovo is Serbian. It was Serbs who established it and named it. 'Kosova' is just a derivative of Kosovo. The Albanians just changed the ending because of their pronunciation of a Serbian word. The history and all that was built up there historically is mainly Serbian. And Serbs owned most of the land.
-- Ida, the land you know as Kosova existed before the Serbs came into the Balkans. It existed before the Romans came into the Balkans and it existed before the Turks came into the Balkans. Now name means nothing. We call it Dardania, you call it Kosovo. Doesn't say anything about ownership. It does tell you that some other people who called themselves Dardanians established it before Serbia and thus call it Dardania. So your theory about Serbia establishing flies out of the window. Second- the Romans ruled it for more than 1000 years. The Turks for 500 years, the Serbs for about 100 years. So you have a place that was established centuries before the Serbs made it into the Balkans, ruled by others for thousands and hundreds of years continuously, and ruled by Serbs at some point for less then 100 years continuously, having more than 90% Albanian population; how is it Serb again?
