Everytime people talk about the serb municipalities in kosovo the albanians jump up and down and the albanians of presevo valley.During negotiations it was brought up many times for a swap between serbia and kosovo of the north kosovo and presevo valley with the albanians rejecting it.So why do the still bring things up.if they have concerns abnout the presevo albanians swap northern kosovo.It would be alot better for both serbia and kosovo.
