North Kosovo: Joint municipal session postponed

The joint ceremonial session of the four Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo, scheduled for Friday, has been postponed, officials have announced.

During the talks in Brussels, Priština has been asking that councilors and mayors take the oath in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, while Belgrade and Serbs in northern Kosovo insist that these proceeding be status-neutral.

Is not only Prishtina , but also Brussels that is asking the same thing according to what was signed in Brussels, between Thaci and Dacic. No more, no less. There is no such thing as status neutral. Either is black or white, there is no in between.
