It's painfully obvious they're not welcome back and its equally obvious that unless prodded by Brussels, no efforts will be made to reintegrate a population that in all likelihood the majority have no interest in returning.

DUDR as i say'd before when it comes to that town do some investigation before you say something and i believe MUB Serbia has that info and people dont have any problem with any other serb national who comes in peace or visiting and not being involved in crimes during the war time in Gjakova and hard core like you really i think you should even think about going there....so hopefully one day all we shouldn't see stages like this but PEACE,LOVE,RESPECT AND PROSPERITY

Thaci must with concrete actions of the Kosovo government, he is leading, create conditions especially in terms of safety, labor rights and health care, in order that the Serbs from Djakovica and other places that are under the control of Pristina as soon as possible come back to their homes and continue, the by the war disrupted life there.

Vulin, like any communist, cannot be trusted. He has to prove his worth, and so far he's done nothing.
