Of course they are happy with the EU - They have the most advantages out of it and the only way which they can dictate and dominate the rest of Europe is by controlling Brussels.
It is good for them but doesn't do anything for anyone else. They just keep increasing the size of the trough into which the politicians can put their snouts.
