It's really strange hearing that JAT was a boys' club until now. Strange because women's equality was a stated goal of communism. How did they manage to keep it a boys' club for so long?
I remember laughing so hard when I flew Montenegrin airlines a few years ago when their in-flight magazine boasted on the cover, "A lady in the cockpit" and how this was a funny thing to brag about - how it only highlights their backwardness by bragging about how progressive they are over this 'welcome to 1950' moment

Air Serbia has rapidly become synonymous with comprehensive social and economic reforms in Serbia. Not only is it resolved a long-standing problem of JAT, which is every year the losses he made dragged off a good portion of the budget of Serbia, but also the formation of the modern airlines are conditions that are entered in the budget year and some money from the profits of the new company but perhaps more importantly that Serbia got a company to its high level of service and modern business organization to be a significant promoter of Serbia in the world, wherever its aircraft will be flying.
