Serbia wants to open "several chapters" in 2014

It is not Serbia's place to decide which chapter(s) will be opened first, the EU is the body that will make that decision. What Serbia should and must do first is to fully implement all aspects of the April agreement with Kosova before any chapters are opened. That will be the message the EU will deliver to Serbia on January 21st if she desires to start ascension talks. As usual, the Serbs try to put the cart before the horse. My advise to Serbia is to keep their mouth shut and do as they are told if they ever wish to join the EU.
