Majority wouldn't consider themselves to be Serbian citizens because they call themselves Kosovars. It's only convenient to carry a Serbian passport when they want to go west.
Now if they don't consider themselves to be Serbians why would Serbia?

Ida, I agree. When it's about Albanians doing something that the EU is against, then the Albanians are conveniently from Serbia, and not from the West's beloved Kosova.

You're right, Ida. Life must be so miserable for these minorities if they're the only ones who are leaving and Serbs are staying put.
Not much has changed in terms of human rights in Serbia.

The 1951 UN Refugee Convention suck. It's created when people did not travel the whole world. The problem is not Serbia, but Germany. That country is too good for asylum-seekers. Maybe a feeling of guild for the second world war.
Immigration from Africa is a huge problem for Europe. Stupid, violent and lazy people are coming to Europa. Serbians are in general good people, but people who go to a country just for money are not the best immigrants to get.

Can you blame them! Really, just look at what their corrupted elected officials have done to them for the past 20+ years! If I were in thier shoes, I would have left long ago leaving behind no trace of myself!
