I wonder why this isn't happening in other cities in Serbia. Could it be because Belgrade is a melting pot and too many Albanians have settled there now? Maybe too many Croats or Muslims. Either way, too many non Serbs live there.

In London we have a Zero Tolerance policy for attacks and abuse of transport workers. Transport for London will prosecute those who attack or threaten their employees. Belgrade should do the same. All thugs and hooligans should be hunted and prosecuted. Prison is the best place for this trash.

The level of basic civilization is slipping in Serbia and the general societal consensus that one isn't required to pay for but bus because "life's hard and not fair" is one of the symptoms.
Yes, I know, the busplus system was a terrible trick and scam on the people, and that whole thing should be revisited. But, people generally thought that paying for the bus was optional before that too.

In London we have a Zero Tolerance policy for attacks and abuse of transport workers. Transport for London will prosecute those who attack or threaten their employees. Belgrade should do the same. All thugs and hooligans should be hunted and prosecuted. Prison is the best place for this trash.
