A man dressed as "Santa's helper" was wounded on Tuesday in Washington DC when he was shot in the back with a pellet gun.

When viewing the video I actually believe that the "Grinch" isn't the shooter after denying he was the shooter when questioned or interviewed by that reporter (the reporter was probably asking the Grinch in a joking way if he was responsible) so the question is what type of idiot would shoot Santa's helper? Hope the assailant's arrest will be imminent.
