The first intergovernmental conference between the EU and Serbia, which will mark the formal start of the accession talks, will be held on January 21.

Well, this is what needs to happen. EU path was very hard and long, and it will keep on being exactly like that. Next steps that are going to get Serbia closer to the EU. That steps are efforts about different reforms, freedoms, battles..I believe that goals will be achived, very soon.
