Well Serbs used to get provided everything they wanted when they controlled YU. Now that YU has turned to dust, Serbs actually have to work for a living which they aren't used too. Stealing will become the norm in today's Serbia.

Not true, it was non-Serbs at the helm, like Tito (Croat-Slovene) and his next most powerful (who were Slovenes).
Serbs were actually levied a special tax which went to the Kosovo development fund. Serb taxes went to Albanians who used it for their separatist movements even back long before Milosevic!

And Serb electrical engineers were always having to repair sabotage done by the Kosovo Albanians on electrical grids/plants in Kosovo. Kosovo was a huge drain and the Albanians never paid taxes.
