The real and only solution that collected taxes at the administrative crossings with Kosovo, is the fund for the development of northern Kosovo be returned to the territory that will include community Serbian municipalities.
It was not an agreement on the integrated management of administrative crossings that was signed during the government of Mirko Cvetković but an agreement on integrated BORDER management.
