Ukrainians talking Ukrainian in the Ukrainian capital. What a scandal !!!!

You have to know that the Ukraine is an artificial country composed of several lands. Today it has territorial claims from several countries like Russia , Slovakia , Hungary , Romania , Moldova and Poland. They already had to pass an island in the Black Sea to Romania … For the time being Turkey is watching the events but as soon as they decide they will remind the Bahchisaray Treaty to demand Crimea. The thing is that Turkey has obligations against Russia and only Russia.

So I can see nothing strange that in Kiev known as Mother of the Russian Cities nobody speaks the artificial Ukrainan language composed of German , Russian and Polish slangs. 120 years ago Ukraine was used only as a geographical but not ethnical word. But OK if Russian people there believe that they are Ukrainais or Germans or Arabs we have to respect their will … Though means little and in their blood vessels they have mostly Russian blood. Now I believe it will explain the Russian stance.

FYI

Recent poll:
46% for EU
36% for Customs Union
19% Undecided

Stalin once said that no matter how people vote important is only how the votes are counted. So do not rely only on one side information. I have quite other figures (49%-27%). But in any case we have a split country.

You seem to have lost all sense of reality. Do yourself a favor and read the news. The Ukranian people are thumbing their noses at Putin by rejecting Russia. Unlike you, they wish to fully embrace the EU, they know Russia has nothing offer them. Sober up, the cards you hold are only Jokers.
(Marko K., 12 December 2013 01:05)

Do you repeat everything you see on tv and read without thinking? Clearly so.

Where was the 1 million person protest they promised? Couldn't get it up anywhere near.

Where was the successful vote of no-confidence against the government?

Where was the one day national strike?

'They want to join the EU' - based on what evidence? Maybe a little of half, but certainly not all.

Who will pay? You? What a joker!

The ability to engage critical logic and be able to tell the difference between what is claimed and what actually happens is quite useful when watching bs tv news. You haven't really mastered it, have you?

Where’s the school that grows up idiots in such quantities ? Who told you such bullsh*t ? Half people there already understand that EU will bring them starvation and colonialism while the other half is to realize as soon as they read the draft agreement. Besides 30-40% on them are pure Russians while the rest believe that they are already another people. Just like some Montenegrins. Forget about the Ukraine ! From the very beginning it was the main project and historical task Putin has declared. Also notice that Kiev is a Russian city where almost nobody speaks the Ukrainian slang. They use SURJIK slan of the Russian language. But all the protesters talk Ukrainian coz they came from the western provinces.

EU can cry all they want, Ukraine is cozy with Russia, if EU wants in, they have to make an offer, like a three-way economic partnership that includes Russia. What can the EU threaten with? South Stream that doesn't even run through Ukraine? Non-existent money because they are too busy trying to keep the EU afloat? Sorry West, we got all the cards!

Gazprom locomotive steams on, they said construction of South Stream doesn't stop.

All this political games is just noise, it's too important a project, the EU couldn't do anything about North Stream, nor will they stop South Stream.

As for comments from Bulgaria, reflect it's a small country n they don't decide things, also politicians there are crooks, spineless weasels especially the current government of commie bastards (who make dirty deals with anti-Bulgarian Turks, just to get votes).

Quick and complete solution to the dispute between Russia and the EU in relation to the construction of the South Stream must be resolved very quickly, so as not to challenge any of the delays in the construction of this remarkable project for Serbia and the region.

The EU does hundreds of billions of dollars worth of mutually beneficial trade with Russia every year so eventually there will be a solution with the South Stream issues which will be more favorable to Serbia and all the other countries because the Russians will have no choice but to comply with EU regulations which are meant to foster competition and lower prices.Serbia was in no position of its own to negotiate fair terms with Gazprom so the EU will have to do it because when it comes down to it 500 million people in the EU is a market that Russia desperately wants to sell its oil to even if it means less profit for Gazprom.Anybody who thinks that Russia is in any economic position to dictate to the EU is unfortunately delusional considering the disparity in economic might between the 2 entities.

EU starts to realize that the appeasement towards the Russians failed. Southstream is a very good chance to correct some errors and lost chances. Ukraine is a very bright example that Moscow will always use the sledgehammer to get its will, if possible. It is time for some payback.

If you really wonder I can tell you something :

1/ All the sudden noise around the Stream has nothing to do neither with Serbia or Bulgaria. It’s a direct sequence of the defeat EUSA are suffering in the Ukraine. On one hand they want to revenge Russia and only Russia. On the other they would like someone to pay for the Ukraine if they manage to pull it to their sphere of influence.

2/ Times when Russia sacrificed it’s allies to their rivals just to have a better image in the west are gone. Since 1938 Hitler has proved that a fresh blood never calms down a wolf. So Russia will find a way to support Serbia even if the events run bad. Putin just cannot afford any treason and neither he has been noticed in such while Serbia is the only potential ally of ours in the region.

3/ Bulgaria is the main victim of the declared developments. They bargained the best conditions from Gazprom. Euro skepticism is already high there especially when they calculated who is sponsoring whom. Bulgarian payments to the EU funds exceeded 800 mln euro while in return they received only 700 mln. So I don’t think the new EU initiative will keep up their budget and optimism.

just wondering

pre 10 godina

Considering that Bulgaria which is the entrance point for South Stream has said that it will follow the demands of the EU meaning if there is not a serious resolution to the issue, Serbia will have a pipeline full of dust and in debt, I wonder if the Serbs on here that are outside of Serbia are still taking the Serbia should tell the EU to stick it approach or that just maybe it might be in the interest of Serbs to work toward a solution?
