World Bank loan "conditional on passing three laws"

The adoption of the laws on privatization, bankruptcy and building permits by the end of the year is a condition for Serbia to get an USD 250mn World Bank loan.

So a private organization determines that laws are adopted. Washington consensus still going strong.
Restructuring is necessary but Serbia will be left to own nothing. Many will lose their jobs. And Serbia will be on the hook for more money now.

Serbia is moving forward and that was expected. The new government is working a lot on ways that she needs to recover her economy.

Serbia's shortfall will be 5 billion and 250 million is only 1/20 of what it needs with strings attached as usual. Even the money IMF is offering is just produced off the printing presses with absolutely nothing to back it up of value what they call voodoo economics.
