Why in the world would the EU negotiate with Russia? Russia isn't in the EU or within its sphere, & doesn't want to be for that matter! On the other hand, Serbia is a area within Europes borders, and has been quite vocal that it does want to become a member state of the EU, eventually! So then, firstly, Serbia must negotiate with the EU, and come to an aggreement with the EU, then it must, & will respect that agreement!!! Once all EU members & eventual members are an total agreement, then & only then, would it be appropriate to negotiate with the Russians, if need be!!! The Russians should know, that Europe's energy supplies are not threatened with a collapse or delay of the south stream pipeline, Europe's energy supplies will be guaranteed regardless, with the TAP & Nabucco pipelines! I think the time has come, for that vise to tighten a little more?

Problems that Russia and the EU they have tied up for the South Stream Trabi jointly resolved, and for Serbia is important that this investment will bring new jobs and to change the geostrategic position of the country

Every summer my family goes to Odessa in the Ukraine where we have relatives. You will be surprised that they pity us and believe that Russians live in poverty , dictatorship , vodka and wars. Each time we have to e[plain that average Russian have 3 times more money than our Ukraine brothers and Putin enjoys support of 72% Russians. We explain that we have 5% unemployment in some regions while in most places we are lacking labor power. It happens every year coz their local TV is always switched on. Same with you my dear rival. Switch off your CNN-Fox for a week and start to think your own head or watch something neutral. Then you will stop spending your poor life in a vain hope to dance on our funerals. Average salary that I pay to my personnel is 1100 euro in cash. Plus I pay some taxes for them. Among them there is one Moldovan and one Kirgiz. And none of them is looking westward. Yes some people go west but many are already back bringing here knowledge and know how to run business here. Thousands of EU expats work here for years. So best if you start to learn Russian and quit with the useless trolling of yours.
