The UK, De and parasites are still pushing for normalization with Thacistan to be front loaded (ie. delt with from the beginning) at the accession talks. This is a main cause of the delay as the UK an De want it baked in before giving a date.

I think that Serbia has long deserved date, and the European Union should make an effort to choose the date for the start of negotiations as soon as possible, so Serbia can be properly rewarded for their efforts.

I dunno why we aren't in the EU yet. Didn't we join the Tripartite pact in 1941? and seeing as the EU is an offshoot of the Third Reich/Axis Union, shouldn't we be a VIP member already? Gosh these things confuse me so much!
