What's the bet that Dacid will try to sell it to Serbian people that somehow meeting the demands of EU is in Serbia's interest to get this through?

She's wrong - by withdrawing the courts Belgrade is able to ensure that the people finally have institutions that aren't parallel but legitimate and recognized by all parties. When serbs are integrated there will be a need for policemen, firemen, judges, etc -- who do you think will be acquiring those positions in Serb-dominated areas?

How do you boil a frog? By placing it in the pot and slowly turning up the heat. That is the EU (read: German) strategy to get Serbia's recognition of Kosovo. The EU has been demanding (and getting) only bits and pieces of recognition, nothing formal, so as to go unnoticed until the final day comes for Serbia to join the EU. That is IMHO, when the formal demand will be made and all the EU has to say is - "Hey, you've already done it anyway. Why not make it official?"...

For now all the courts in Kosovo remain. The law stipulates that the courts in Kosovo will be regulated by a special law. Government must do everything to protect courts in Kosovo. That wont be easy job to do.

you Serbs are crazy, Kosovo is gone and if you don't know preshovo valley will be gone also ,your government knows that already the west told them years ago that preshovo valley will be gone.dont you notice that they keep talking about the valley in the Serb government and even though only 1 city has the Albanian majority but keep talking about the entire valley like Albanians are the majority and even though they are not lol the Serbs will sell their own mothers if they can....Kosovo is gone ,preshovo is going to be gone......nothing you can do about it......

Having courts in another country is "equal to occupation". Last time you know how that story ended.
