LOL, they never called anybody monkey however did they? Nor traitors. Only the Russian ambassadors have the privilege of calling people names like 'monkeys' and 'traitors'.
As Putin once said such west fed people are in opposition not with the government but with Russia as a state. I guess they do not differ much in Serbia too.

The Helsinki committee has received funding from the National Endowment for Democracy. The National Endowment for Democracy is funded out of the United States budget by the United States Congress. Former directors have included General Wesley Clark and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The Helsinki committee has also received direct funding from European governments. This is a matter of public record and anyone can look it up.
Boxer's takes foreign government money and she makes offensive comments about Russia and supports NATO. I am not even upset because I know the West is wasting its money paying for somebody that No One takes seriously.
The original Helsinki Committee has died long ago. If you remember the main goal of the initial Committee was to watch the state borders in Europe not to be changed. And what do we have now ? We now talk about a trademark that has little to do with the initial product. As if you compare The Slade or The Deep Purple today with the original crews or compare the Pepsi and Coke with their own receptions of 1920. Same with the Committee that has become a tool of imposing the will of only one side of the Helsinki process. In Russia we have Ludmila Alekseeva who is heding the HC to bark at everything that makes Russia stronger.
