There is no reason that Serbia doesn't support and facilitate the development relationships between China and EU.Serbia has excellent and friendly relations with China spanning almost six decades, adding that a strategic partnership was established in 2009 which stepped up bilateral relations and created a solid foundation for strengthening cooperation even further.

“In the talks with the prime ministers of other countries, one of the main questions was how you (Serbia) have managed to have so good and balanced relations with both China and Russia and the EU,” Dačić said. I guess Serbia looks prosperous to Chinese factory workers that make 200 U.S. a month equivalant.
