Croatia "can hardly win case against Serbia"

Rasim Ljajić says he "does not believe in the possibility of Croatia winning the genocide case against Serbia before the ICJ in The Hague."

"Croatia "can hardly win case against Serbia""

I think reality may disagree with that. Both sides did terrible things to one another and others throughout history. To say one is worse is a matter of a nationalists opinion.

There is no way Croatins will win this case......war in former Yugoslavia has all characteristics of citizens war, no discussion about aggression on Croatia.....we should take harder approach to Croatia, sometimes it is the best solution. If we must listen countries like USA and Russia, we should not accept ultimatums from Croatia and similar countries. Full support to Serbia's legal team in this case.

I do not think there will be a mutual withdrawal of charges. Law and justice are definitely on the side of Serbia. But ... It is possible that court decision will suprise us, especially after the shameful decision to release the Croatia's generals to freedom.
