President attends start of S. Stream works ceremony

Tomislav Nikolić said on Sunday that construction of the South Stream pipeline was "a clear message that Serbia was a country of solutions, and not problems."

this is something that must be attended by President and other state officials and shot by cameras, contrary to the bad habits of our politicians up to day, to be seen everywhere at opening of 5 km of regional pathways and roads and etc....we should all be happy to have more projects like this one - Serbia will then become much richest country than it is today.
