Up till now Dacic pretended that he was the leadership of our people in Kosovo, now that he sold them down the river, and this election has gone through he says that they now have legitimate representation. That tells me he does not think much of his leadership, and frankly neither do I.

Come to think of it Albanians and Serbs are united on the issue that Dacic is a poor leader I am glad he finally said something to bring us all together

Dacic can prove once and for all he isn't a hypocrite by publicly declaring how many non ethnic Serb MUNICIPALITIES Serbia has recognized..........

Until he does he remains a certified official HYPOCRITE.

If Dacic is so concerned of his Serb diaspora why doesn't he demand from the other 99.99% host countries to guarentee these same municipal rights?

Because only Kosova would tolerate these serbs.

Croatia had good solutions.........

Germans better........

Kosova best?

The dialogue is status neutral, which means that Serbia did not change its stance on not accepting the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo. ZSO would be "nothing like" the Serb entity in Bosnia, RS, but that the ten municipalities comprising ZSO will have clearly defined powers. This is the only way that Serbs could stay in Kosovo.
