Just go to high Court in Pristina and ask as its by Kosovo law!!! they will give judgment

In despite of heavy pressure and blackmail, a HUGE MAJORITY of Serbs refused to participate in Kosova elections.
If one clown or the other gets crowned doesn't make a difference!
