Since you claimed that one face exhibited "anti-American propaganda", it is reasonable to conclude that you professed that the other face was there to beg the US for money.

Well, I read the article and could find nothing to show that Dacic is there to beg the Americans for money. So please prove to us your claim -- that Dacic was there to beg for money from the Americans. Or is yours a case of empty vessels making the most noise?
