i have no idea what is "Kosovo-metohije" - yr channel sounds exactly like some Milosevic station fr the 90s. if you are speaking of Kosova, yes it is a good thing that people are engaged in participatory democracy, despite all of the impediments and pressures esp.ly fr the Belgrade regime and the "hooligans" (assuming they are not one in the same.)
At some point your country will have to stop its wars against Bosnia and Kosova and try, at least, to join civilized society.
Unfortunately, most Serbs still living in Kosovo i Metohija fear that their lives will considerably worsen after the electiosn and the creation of that Community of Serb Municipalities. People in the enclaves even fear renewed slow ethnic cleansing.
For the Serbs, departure to the polls in large numbers is of key interest. They must vote for their choice and on that way they will choose Serbian mayor of Kosovska Mitrovica. This would help themselves and make life easier. Otherwise, the Serbs will be in great problem. I hope that EULES do everything to protect voters.
It's very good for the Serbian community to have their representatives in leadership positions and if Serbians want better futere, they should have te same result in Kosovska Mitrovica. Anyway, this is a great success that will provide a major shift in the quality of life of Serbs in Kosovo.
