It's not surprising that Pristina is proposing to reduce UNMIK and EULEX. They are the only institutions who keep at least some minimal standards in this hotbed of crime and corruption and patronage that calls itself 'Kosovo government'. Do you really think Kosovo police or justice would investigate against these criminals mafia gr... oops, I mean freedom fighters?
